Encore Consumer Capital makes investments exclusively in extraordinary consumer products companies. We seek companies that are strong financial performers and market leaders, led by a highly motivated management team that wants to own, as well as run, the business.

Company Size	• Revenue of $10 million - $100 million

Operating Profile	• Strong growth characteristics • History of positive cash flow • Experienced and talented management teams • Sustainable competitive advantages • Attractive consumer sectors • No Restaurants, No Retail

Geography	• Majority of revenue in North America

Equity Investments	• $5 million to $20 million in equity • Larger investments structured through direct participation by our limited partners

Transaction Type	• Majority equity positions; select minority investments • Leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital investments
